No payment matches those three numbers
All three have to line up on the same load. A few things to check:
- The USDOT belongs to the carrier that hauled the load, not the broker.
- The MC belongs to the broker that booked it.
- Try a different number from your paperwork — the load number, your invoice number, or a PO number all work.
